We are committed to quality. If you experience a problem with your Sea Striker eyewear that is the result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace your glasses under this warranty.
It is at our sole discretion to determine whether damaged goods qualify as defective materials and/or workmanship under this warranty. For breach of any written or implied warranty on any Sea Striker eyewear product, consumers are limited to damages of replacement of the product with an identical or equivalent style at our discretion and election.
This warranty DOES NOT COVER accidental breakage, scratched lenses, any condition determined to be the result of abuse and/or misuse, or any condition determined not be the result of a defect. We will not be liable for any other damages resulting from the use of any Sea Striker eyewear product. (Exclusions applicable only where state law permits.)
How to File a Claim
Warranty claims will be handled in writing only. To begin your claim, please complete the Warranty Claim Form below. Once your claim has been processed, you be sent instructions on how to return your glasses to our Warranty Department. If your product qualifies under our warranty, your replacement glasses will be sent to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and you will receive notification that your claim has been completed. If your defective glass has been discontinued or is out of stock, you may receive a replacement of similar style and equal or lesser value.
