Returns

 

If you're not completely satisfied with your Sea Striker sunglasses, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund (not including shipping charges). All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. Defective items must be handled through the Lifetime Warranty claim process.

 

 

REQUEST A RMA NUMBER

Complete the form below to request a RMA number. This number must be written on the outside of your return package. Returned items without this number cannot be identified or processed. 

 

 

RETURN SHIPPING

If possible, please return your product in the original shipping box. Pack your return securely and ship it to the following address:

Please do not forget to fill in your RMA number, as this is required to process your return.

 

We recommend shipping your return through a carrier that will provide a tracking number and, if desired, insurance. FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail all provide such services. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. 

 

Sea Striker Sunglasses cannot be responsible for packages that are damaged during return shipment. We also cannot be responsible for packages that we cannot verify have been received (i.e. no proof of delivery or tracking number). 

 

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Returns are processed upon receipt of the product. Once your return has been approved, the original purchase amount, less original shipping charges, will be refunded to your PayPal account. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 days of our receipt of your return.
